          Sinopsis: En la base de la filosofía cristiana del final de la Edad Media, se produjo el influjo de distintos pensadores musulmanes y judíos que mantuvieron viva la llama de la filosofía griega, a través de las traducciones al árabe que manejaban. En un momento histórico en el que el al-Ándalus aparecía ya como un poder en declive, con los reinos cristianos del norte de España avanzando en su conquista del sur musulmán, aún hubo tiempo, durante el período de dominio almohade (entre los siglos xii y xiii) para un último destello de la cultura islámica en España.
