      LAYING THE GROUNDWORK

      Parte 2 presents the numbers from 20
      to 100 and explains how to read and fill up regular Italian documents and forms where personal information is presented and/or required. The grammar introduces the usage of the preposition in and a and focuses on the indefinite articles.

      Have the students read aloud in turns (in sequence) the numbers provided, correct the pronunciation when necessary. Have the class listen to the audio part in order to memorize the pronunciation.

      Point out at the way the numbers are written. Indicate patterns the students can follow to remember the spelling and the pronunciation of the numbers.
