      We use modals + have + Past Participle to talk about past possibility and probability. We use:

      must have when we are 1 that something happened in the past.

      can’t have when we are sure that something 2 happen in the past.

      may/might/could have when it is 3 that something happened in the past, but we’re not sure.

      would have to talk about a 4 in the past, or when we wanted to do something, but we didn’t.
