      1  ml water
      2 ml milk
      3 g sugar
      4 g salt
      5 g butter
      6 eggs
      7 g flour
      8 g honey
      1l oil
      cinamon spice

      Directions

       1  First, mix the milk, sugar and salt in a bowl.

       2  Second, add the butter, eggs and flour. Mix, then leave the dough for 45 minutes.

       3  Next, heat the honey and water in a pan for three minutes to make a honey syrup.

       4  Then fill a pan with oil and heat to 180°C.

       5  Now shape the dough into balls and drop them into the hot oil. Cook for three minutes, then remove with a spoon.

       6  Finally, dip the doughnuts in the honey syrup and add some cinnamon spice.
