IDEAL prozeduraren lehenengo pausoa berrikusi ostean, orain, bigarrena landuko dugu.

Definitu
Hemen, hauxe da helburua: ahalik eta modu zehatzenean jakitea zer esaten duen problemak eta zer galdetzen edo eskatzen duen. Normalean, problema bat identifikatu ondoren, testu labur batez adierazten da, hau da, enuntziatu baten bidez. Testu horretan, nagusiki, bi zati egoten dira.
